Rules For Marriage Garden
- Any modification/changes in term of size etc. of the venue from the time of booking
is acceptable to us.
- We shall abide by all the rules and terms & conditions incorporated by the club
- The tentage shall be done by club's official tent & light decorator only :
- The music shall stop at 10.00 p.m. sharp. In case if the rules are flouted, I shall
be solely responsible for all police & legal consequences.
- Under unavoidable circumstances the club has a right to cancel the booking with
one month prior notice and in such case amount deposited shall be refunded back
to me without any interest or penalty.
- The word Marriage means : Marriage, Reception
- Children Park will be used by Club Members only.
- Booking for one day period will be from 9.00 am of the date for which the booking
has been done & upto 8.00 am next day.
- The club will provide electricity connection for which a sum of Rs. 10,000/- will
be deposited in advance by the party. Actual consumption charges are to be paid
by applicant.
- The club shall provide boring water for general use.
- Amount once deposited, will not be refunded.
- Service Tax or any other taxes as applicable, will be charged extra.
- Laughtering of animal / bird (goat, cock, etc.) anywhere in the club premises is
strictly prohibited and shall be taken as criminal offence.
- Club members can avail the facility of lawn at member's rate, provided the lawn
is used for their own purpose only. Any member found booking the lawn for others
in his own name, should be liable to pay an amount equivalent to double of the general
charges in addition to the amount already deposited.
- All disputes to be settled in Jaipur only.
